These are some grains of sand;
in a world full of buildings.

Books and Chapters
==================
It’s funny how chapters seem to chop books up into parts by simply organizing them.

There once was a young man,
who saw the world's imperfections and set out to fix them.
He was equally cunning and had the means,
so he began and shaped the earth to shine as bright as he.
As the fixed earth became smooth and icy,
he found walking led to slipping.
And so he tried flying instead of walking,
but the white clouds got in his way,
and he couldn't see his new beauty.
It was then he grew older in mind and realized
what was fixed was now broken,
and what was broken needing a fixing was he.

Then Happiness told him its secret,
"Accept others as they are,
for to grow change in another is rejection,
and to seed rejection is a soil for parasites,
where we scream and bleed,
so stem acceptance and bleed no more,
for you will see others release their inner needs,
and peace will be finally seen."

And with a lean Care said,
"It is best not to forget,
the literal nor the figurative.
For they both go towards eachother,
and in the case we fall astray,
we will be homeward either way."

Relationship being manifest said to them,
"try your best to hold us and keep all close,
for then you'll always see the best of both:
all will grow and you will have growth,
and it will be a magnificent glow for both."

"Money, my charished brother is praised by many,
and Fame, my sister, is always out and about",
Respect complained into his palms.
"And it just seems that few know me personally,
before finding friends with my kin".

Friendship
========
Friends are the ones who you rejoice with,
they're the ones who you'll remember from the good old days,
they're the ones who'll give you something to care about,
they'll even give you a home--when just you might have lost it.
But the hard part about friendship isn't any of that--it's the leaving.
Leaving home until you return another day.

The Present Moment

A boy once grew curious asking his father,
"Where does wisdom live?"
"Hmm..." pondered the father, "I suppose always nearby,"

"You become your words and eventually your words become you."
