Since birth breathing is automatic & is rarely thought about. Its amazing how the body maintains the right levels of air to oxygenate the blood, while expelling CO2. So whats up with the exercising huffing & puffing; does it mean being out of shape? Well each body is unique & requires its own tailor made method of conditioning. Whats for sure is during exercise the brain signals us to breathe more rapidly, & to switch air intake from the nose to the mouth. This increases the lungs capacity and delivers more oxygen to the muscles. Some opinions claim no matter how deep one breathes while exercising; the oxygen levels in the blood remains 95% saturated, thus increases the CO2 levels in fatigued muscles. Many thanks to you for listening & to the 8tracks Team for making this all possible.
