I'm slightly confused as to the difference between The Mount Fuji Doomjazz corporation and The Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble, can someone clear this up?

I think that the The Mount Fuji Doomjazz corporation is to the The Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble as how Secret Chiefs 3 is to Mr. Bungle, but don't quote me on it, but do think that it is that way, so to say, not so much as a part II but as something that is concurrent, per se.
