lovingly picked tracks for an underappreciated sub genre, Vaportrap describes a small section of vaporwave that utilizes a Trap influence. Vaportrap uses special drum beats and sounds often used in the Trap music scene to create a newer and more contemporary sound. This sound is integrated into the classic vaporwave sampling styles to create something totally different from both trap music and vaporwave. This genre has close ties with the development of Future Funk, often overlapping sometimes.
