@Antevasin In most of the songs it is Alan Watts with his philosophical speeches. However there are speeches from other people as well:
Track ROUS - L.I.F.E: Steve Jobs speech
Track AZEDIA - Requiem for a new world: Barry Long speech
Track Systremo - To dream: Randy Pausch speech ...

You should be able to find playlists with speeches by searching for "motivation" or "inspirational", or "speech", so try there as well.
