Lucio's role in the actual game is that of a pawn, and he is frequently ridiculed by other characters for his unsavory personality and foolish choices. I wanted to make Lucio into a genuinely formidable villain while still retaining his arrogance, vanity, and comical overestimation of himself. This playlist is all that's left of that dream.
