The worn-out brown leather boots made barely a sound on the old wooden floors of the coffee shop, still creased with dust from ride. His oaken hair was pushed back, as he constantly ran his fingers through it & an ever present stubble clung to his cheeks & jaw, a casualty of a quick morning routine that left little time for shaving but plenty for that first cup of coffee, strong & black.
