The Blues Baby

Notes

Eight tracks including music by Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, and Mississippi Fred McDowell.

I started to appreciate the sound of Blues when women started breaking my heart. I grew to fall in love with the stories of passion and pain in which artists expressed beautifully through their guitars. However, the essence of Blues to me isn't just about heart breaking hussies, it's more about getting out that inner sadness in a positive way, rocking out the tears so to speak.
