Another vinyasa, energizing flow playlist. Step, jump or f l o a t on your mat, and work into body, mind and soul. Each breath is a different movement. Inhale stillness, exhale anything you no longer need to carry with you. Bring movement and breath to your practice. Practice with intention and most importantly... have funnnn.
