Notes
The music made, primarily, by Mario Bauzá, Dizzie Gillespie and Machito, after their arrivals in New York.
The song “El Manisero” (“The Peanut Vendor”) inspired the 1931 Hollywood movie Cuban Love Song and launched the American infatuation with all things Cuban, Rhumba and Conga, regardless of authenticity.
Eleven tracks, based on the second half of the first chapter of All Hopped Up and Ready to Go, including music by Antonio Machín, Chick Webb and Cab Calloway.
