Russia celebrates the V-Day over fascist invaders on the 9th of May, the day when the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945) ended by complete surrender of the Hitler's troops.
According to various estimates the USSR lost almost 30 million people.
This Victory stopped the Second World War.
