I set it up to be 15 minutes of relaxed, laid back music to get you warmed up followed by 30 minutes of an eclectic mix of upbeat music to run hard to that finishes up with 15 minutes of more relaxed music to help you slow back down, relax and cool down. This playlist would be perfect for your speedwork, tempo days, or just if you want something new to listen for an hour long run!
