For black beluga lentil crostini drizzled with yummy olive oil & barely a dusting of fresh dill. For heirloom tomatoes stuffed with mozarella & basil & baked to perfection. For roasted asparagus with a sprinkle of sea salt & kale soup served over a thick piece of day-old bread & topped with chives. Music to listen to with my favorite little dishes--on an early, early morning, or late into a beautiful night: Django Reinhardt, The Stephane Wrembel Trio, Hot Club of Cowtown, & more.
