"I think the worst part about going through a betrayal, a loss, a breakup is someone leaves your life, someone proves to be not what you thought they were. The worst part about that is you immediately feel stupid for having trusted somebody and having let somebody into your life. And I think that’s so terrible because trusting people and letting people into your life are beautiful things to do, they’re not stupid things to do. And when you lose somebody, you first regret all the wonderful things you did, like trust, being open, being vulnerable. And then, you know, it seems like time slows down, and then it feels like that hurt you went through, that breakup is written all over you you feel like people can see it when you walk down the street."
