City Pop refers to Japan's popular music that came prevalent mainly in the late 1970s and 1980s. Lately this genre gained popularity (I think) due to Maria Takeuchi's single Plastic Love appearing a lot in Youtube recommendation. Nevertheless these are my top 10 picks with some funky vibes.
