Not Shirley Horn and Eartha Kitt! I'd originally included Nina Simone's performance of "Lilac Wine" as well; maybe I should add that back. Quite a few of my favorite female performers (Ella, Billie, Etta Jones, Esperanza Spalding) didn't have a song I could find to fit the mood.
