There are 1,440 minutes in a day. I'm going to ask you to dedicate 60 of those to work on your body. 60 minutes. 4% of your day. If you give 100% of what I know is within you, along with 4% of your day, I promise you, you will not regret it. It will be hard. It will challenge you. It will hurt. But you will not regret it. You will begin to become a healthier human being. You will begin to become a better person. And all it takes is 4%. Work like a horse. Sweat like a pig. Look like a fox.
