The great thing about walking for everyday exercise is you start out slow until your spirits start uplifting, and suddenly your walking steps become dancing steps. Realize the benefits, your getting exercise and with the right tunes, you end up dancing all the way back home. You don't have to make it to obvious so people that may see you won't stop and stare, even if they do they can only be envious of your happiness. Walking can be tough if you live in the city so make sure your safe, even a treadmill will do if nothing else. The point is, to get off your ass and do something for your body and brain health. Just be smart and careful. As this Playmix progresses the tunes start you off in the walking mode and works through to the dancing phase or whatever you think.
