it's a dorky teen lit book i got in 2012 and it's shitty but great and i imagine the main character to be black and have very tough skin and underlying anger issues and henry is darkly olive skinned and the atmosphere is great and this is a playlist for it bc i've been thinking a lot about persephone lately
