This playslist is the best, but it bums me out that some of the videos aren't the song they are supposed to be, if it wasn't for that it would be perfect.
@hunter.e.burke Yes, 8tracks changed something for listeners ourside of the U.S. and some other countries, so now, here in Europe, the songs are played through YouTube videos, and sometimes it doesn't play the right ones.
I just realized how devastatingly beautiful the transition from All To Pieces to Ring Of Keys is. We go from the girl aspiring to look like the classic pretty leading lady, to the little girl seeing the butch delivery woman and thinking, "no... THAT's me. That's what I really want to look like". I don't know why, it just feels so validating to me.
@delenn.sandy It's so wonderful because both viewpoints are totally valid. Violet wants to be beautiful for herself and Small Alison is realizing that the way she wants to be is perfectly okay. They're doing these things for themselves, and that's why it's so validating.
