I ended up mentioning this to my psychiatrist today and it still makes me feel gross and traumatized whenever I talk about it haha... You can ask if you're really curious, but I can't guarantee my answer will be any good... I've tried to block it out for the most part but... I can still feel how sure I was that I was going to die right then and there that day...
