Modern city with superheroes and super villains. Cam used to be an ordinary citizen who's helping her best friend Monty set up a Bubble Tea Shop smack dab between hero and criminal activity.

There's a secret job called "Super Historians", they basically record superhero / super villain activities and look after those super people. Cam's the newest one, she gains some sort of Video Game Interface Power (sees health bars, has an inventory, friend lists, etc).

The main part of the story is Cam learning, bonding, understanding each super person, trying to get their story, plus recording the events and relationships of everyone. Some stories are cheery, others are kind of dark. Cam also deals with the frustration of secret identities.
