i'm going to have to disagree with the track taken from Narrow Stairs [death cab for cutie] that's when they lost their indie. even Plans was them slowly fading from their origin. still a wonderful album, but still, before then, as a friend of mine once said, "they were so indie!"
but still. the inclusion of death cab is an essential for the "indie playlist."
