Julia Sommer is a 18 year old Pop/Rock Singer-Songwriter Vocalist from the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania area. Many wonderful opportunities have afforded her to perform at venues such as the Highline Ballroom in New York City, Hotel Bethlehem, The Sands Event Center, Musikfest, and other local venues. Julia is the recipient of the "Discover Lehigh Valley's DISCOVERED ARTIST Award in 2017. She was also a first time nominee for the following Lehigh Valley Music Awards:

In 2018, she was nominated for 8 Lehigh Valley Music Awards and walked away with 4 including Outstanding Youth/Teenage Performer, Youth Band/Solo Not Associated With a School, Outstanding Video for “At All Times”, and Female Artist Of 2017.
2016 included a performance at Bethlehem’s Musikfest. Julia and her father were selected to perform on the Martin Guitar Lyrikplatz at Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas. They shared the stage both performing each other’s originals.
Another highlight in 2016, Julia was selected to audition for NBC’s The Voice. Her first studio audition in Philadelphia landed her a 2nd call back in New York City. She also performed at music industry events that included Launch Music Conference in Lancaster, PA where she debuted several originals.
Veteran musicians from New York’s Rock of 80s Band asked Julia to join them for a few select dates in 2016. She performed rock hits featuring artists such as Heart, Lita Ford, Joan Jett, and Pat Benatar.
