Hey Kent in Ohio! I feel like I know you and I am sure others feel the same way. You are amazing! Thanks so much for these incredible playlists. I have brutal insomnia and honestly you are making it so much better! I have been listening to Harold Budd for years and thank the universe for Mr. Budd or I don't think I would have survived without his music. Your playlists have opened a new world of music for me, that is new and wonderful. I LOVE THIS playlist and really truly mean it Kent, THANK YOU! It takes a special person to put so much love and care into making playlists like yours. I honestly do not have a clue as to where or how to begin to even make a small one. It also takes a true love of music and people to make lists as beautiful as these. I was so touched by some of the titles to your playlists and the songs you chose for those specific lists. I could almost imagine what that person might be like by the songs you chose for them! Nice to know there are still beautiful people out there in the world. This playlist is amazing. I have a feeling this is going to be one of my all time favorites. The Ludovico Einaudi song Eden Roc always makes me cry. Many of these songs do. I found this list to be especially tender and touching. I never thought I would ever like Jazz. I have chronic migraines and most of time just thinking of listening to what I "thought" was Jazz sent me running for earplugs. I had no idea how varied the genre is! Man, I am rambling. Thank you so very, very much for all this beauty and the wonderful sense of peace it brings me. Hope I can learn how to make playlists in the future. It would be nice to give back. I am a newbie here and I can not begin to tell you how lucky I feel to have typed in "Harold Budd" + reading + John Foxx" and your playlist was the one I chose! I can't find much that tells me what to do or not do or how to use this site but I am SO grateful for this playlist! It is truly beautiful. Julianna Barwick is someone I had never heard of and adore the song Never Change. So many new artists to explore as well. I am guessing you are someone very special and I am not too shy to say so. Thank you so very, very much for sharing your knowledge and love of beautiful music and deep thought. You gave me quite a gift today and I thank you so very, very much. This list reminds me of the beauty that is still left in the world and how good people can be to each other - sharing music is one of the best gifts we can give one another. Once again thank you so much for sharing your time, talent and love of great music. Peace be yours.
