After being a global jet clubber for many years, Belgian born “Lady of the Sistrum” has decided to share her global music influences with the Asian audience.

Living in the most legendar music capitals of the world that are Berlin, London, Montreal, Brussels and Amsterdam and regularly traveling to the best music festivals for the love of music: Sonar, I love Techno, Burning Man, Pukkelpop, Tomorrowland, Minitek, Miami music conference.

Her favorite clubs are: Panorama bar/Berghain (Berlin) & Bar 25 (Berlin) where Lady of the Sistrum took her musical inspiration from and honed her favorite music style: Berlin House.

She made her Asia debut at Zouk (Singapore) in 2011 during her FFF Girl DJ Bootcamp graduation gig. Since she has played in many Singapore music and party landmarks such as the White Party 2012 at Tanjon Beach Club, Homeclub and most recently she opened the Singapore Art Festival 2012 with the FFF Girl DJ Block Party.

The name “Lady of the Sistrum” is inspired from Egyptian Goddess Hathor who was the Goddess of Love, Cheerfulness, Music, Dance and Inebriety. The Sistrum was her percussive instrument to play rhythmical sound to entertain the guests during the open air processions. Her Sistrum has now been replaced by DJ turntables and electronic music.

Her repertoire goes from Berlin House, Electro, Techno to Chill out sessions. Her surprising and playful tech-house sets will transport you into the alternative Berlin dancefloors playing the finest and hard to find tracks probably never heard in Asia before.
