I got tired of all the sissy workout playlists, so I decided to share my own. This is not for those who think that calves, biceps, and traps are all thats needed to be huge. This is for you who wants to be as strong as you look, and know that a 20-rep back squat set is the cure for anything (including cancer). This is for those of you who do something, then tell yourself "Good. Now do it again, faster."

but... but.... 20 reps is too much..... you should be lifting heavy enough to facilitate 10-12 reps max per set... just sayin'

If you really think that, I highly recommend you try the 20 rep squat. Just have a puke bucket ready
