I noticed whenever I find an "electro mix" on 8tracks (android app) I get electro house and not the 'french' electro Im looking for. So I thought I'd share what I think of when I say Electro
For the record, I dont want to start a genre war or debate here. Enjoy the music or move on. Peace.
