It does that to me, too, sometimes. Usually if you just leave this tab/window alone and go do something else for a little bit the play button will pop up eventually. Just keep checking back.
I came across this mix on stumbleupon once and have spent the past two hours trying to find Tears Don't Fall, since I couldn't remember the name. Thank God I found it again.
