not much of a runner myself (bad knees), but whipped this together for my sister. some attempt at "warm up-steady on-cool down" sequencing has been made, as well as choices based on tempo and "bounce factor", not just genres typically associated with exercising/dancing. hope your favorite run time equals that of these fifteen tracks including music by M.I.A., Fujiya & Miyagi and Hot Chip.
