When I hear people talk about past lives I often think that it is not necessarily in a literal sense, but in a metaphorical sense. Sometimes you can live an entire life in one way and then something happens. The day you die and are reborn can be the moment when you realize that the life you have is not the one that you want and you leave it all behind. It is absolutely terrifying to walk away and change everything.

My life has not been an easy one so far. This last year I found myself at a crossroad of whether or not I wanted my past to continue to dictate my future or to start over. I chose to start over. It's never too late to move to the next chapter of life.
