Somewhat predicated on accepting the basic premise that, due to a canon divergence at any number of points during season two, she did not in fact die but got to gradually become her own woman once again and kick ass as an agent of the new shield who takes no shit and does useful things like research and reconnaissance and rediscovery of both her own self and of what healthy relationships are like.
