Notes
Clothing moths, no they don’t eat your jeans, how can they without a mouth. But their larvae can, munching on any organic fibre derived from an animal, spinning themselves into a cocoon to transform into adults. These buggers can easily survive temperatures between 18F and 125F. Seems clothing moths and their larvae are in love with sweat dirtied clothes, as sweat contains not only moisture but salt and other minerals the larvae needs to grow. This explains much about all those missing socks.
