A reconstruction of the first mixtape my younger sister made for me, when I was away at my freshman year of college -- entitled "Yayful Songz". That's it in the photo -- the cassette case with the guinea pig stickers.

I've made some substitutions and omissions (eg, both this mixtape and my freshman dorm hall mixtape included "Meet Virginia", and I've had enough of that song to last decades.)

A grab-bag of everything we were listening to at the time, from huge radio hits of the late 90s to some inside jokes (I omitted most of those, but listen for a Simpsons clip and a classic Sesame Street song).
