The Institute for Non-Bizarre Treatment makes its debut with eight artists (Natrisha Bayer, John Haley III, Deborah Jang, Brenda LaBier, Katie Taft, Frankie Toan, Robert Treta, and Katie Watson) offering innovative creations for treatment of unseen, daily adversities and attempting to dispel the stigmas around their selected issues. Each of them has taken on a topic such as heartache, anxiety, insomnia, social interaction, etc. and made an apparatus, action stimulating sculpture, prosthetic device, toy or game that helps relieve symptoms.
