here's the second issue of the "waves /// neon" series. the "waves" part contains all sorts of "non-" or "not so electronic" music. a mix of 24 new tracks that i fell in love with the past 4 weeks and that could be labelled as dream-pop, shoegaze, lo-fi, surf, garage or similar music.
