I'm sorry I have no idea.I used it because it reminds me of my favorite "Some Rain Must Fall" book story - Fish. It would make sense if it is Illustration exactly for this short fairy tale. Maybe it will help.
found him, the illustrator's name is Terry Fan: http://society6.com/artist/igo2cairo I don't know if he did it for Some Rain Must Fall, though. In either case, thanks for the mix, you have awesome taste. :)
