The Dunmer worship The Reclamations, whom are Azura, Daedric prince of dusk, transition, and dawn, Boethiah, Daedric prince of dark deeds like betrayal, rebellion, and secrect plots, and Mephala, the Daedric prince of sex, lies, and murder.
Dunmer tradition states that a when a Dunmer's life comes to an end by whatever cause, the body is burned, and the ashes are returned to the ashy land, to portray death, rebirth and renewal.
