pepole always say to live in the moment but how can u if all u think about is the past and u cant let go of it. this was the old me . i still have trouble but i heard fight song (rachel platen) and i got out of that place so be strong and never give up. i always say this saying and i find it helps a lot. heer it is. if u say u cant but if u say u can u will and also friends r there for a time a season and a life time. i thank my best friendt.tl. for making me understand it
