Newt loves many things, including the fantastic creatures he studies and the new friends he's made, but nothing goes beyond platonic for this magizoologist.

I personally headconon Newt as a sex-repulsed asexual, aromantic, and autistic. That last one doesn't have anything to do with his sexuality, but it's my headcanon and I'm sticking to it.
