This is a mix I made in 2010 as "indie" started to become mainstream and streaming services started to become more dominant. At the time I was finding out a lot of bands by going to local shows, friends, and the hypemachine podcast. As such a lot of the songs on this mix were the singles that were previews to albums to come.
