Here's a modification to my first playlist. :)
1. warm up
2.climb with slides
3. 2 sprints (accelerate 15 sec sprint 30)
4. 2 sprints
5. 2 min 30 high endurance climb
6. 2 hills and finish with sprint.
7. 3 freezes
8. 30 second intervals on a 60% resistance seated ride, 2 speeds (65-75rpm and 95-105rpm)
9.TABATA
10.cool down
