This is the hip hop that I listened to when I grew up. It's got a whole lot more substance than what we listen to today, plus a lot more talent. Producers contributed to great songs, but it wasn't all about the production value back then. I've got old stuff from Jay-Z, Outkast, Shyne and a bunch more. Yeah I came from a generation of good music where people actually put thought into their work. 90's kid for the win :) good playlist by the way.
