back to the bar for refills? in 1982 the bar suffered a fire from the apartment above it that forced Teach's ancestor to renovate. parts of the roof caved in and killed a man and two women after hours the morning of christmas eve. the building was rebuilt from scratch and sold to a new owner, Rene Spinney. He changed the menu to include less dishes but increased revenue vastly. sadly the parrot survived the incident
