Bethany Mayfield was your average senior in high school. She had two best friends, – Donna King and Charlie Morgan – she was an all A's student, she never stayed up too late, and she occasionally goes to parties. But, everything changes when Beth is diagnosed with bone cancer.
With the help of her two best friend and a surprised guest, Beth decides to complete 50 things in high school, including getting wasted and going skinny dipping in a random person's pool, before she dies from constant chemo therapy and a bone eating disease.
