Your body is hot and you're proud of it. You workout and work hard. You don't crash diet and fast, hoping that your muscles will tone themselves; you run and lift and sweat and breath.
This is a mix for the athlete, whether you're a long time devotee or just getting started. (I'm also SO bored of every workout playlist being the same 20 dance or dubstep songs, so hopefully this gives a little bit of everything.) Every song will speed up your run.
