When I turned 16 I did work experience at a hardcore and punk record store. Afterwards they let me hang around, listen to all their records and be a general ass expecting cost price on everything.

It's hard to spend any amount of time behind the counter of a record store and not walk away with a slight case of smugness. What on earth ever gave me the right to be smug whilst listening to Chain of Strength is beyond me, however.
