Spectre:
Spectre is the sandman (dreamweaver), just corrupt. He created a permanent dreamscape called Phantasm that links with its acnl town where he lures victims in while they sleep and the moon never sets. Usually they don't survive or they come out without a limb. Seen as a gentleman with his smooth persona but really, he's a yangire (like a yandere without the crazy love part) with no empathy, whatsoever.
So the last time you shut your eyes for the night may infact be your last~
