Sometimes I have a need to let sadness out in a safe way so I listen to music like this and drift off in the mood, even though I may not really be sad at the moment. Releasing it in this way helps with times when I really am sad, and cannot cry for one reason or another. I can’t explain it any better than that

I really loved the commentary in "The Skeleton Twins". They seemed to have this emotional weight to them that accompanied the music so well. Truly beautiful. Thank you for this playlist.
