Welcome to ST.ART, a platform for all things creative in St Andrews, Scotland, and beyond. Our team work hard to ensure we continue to be an exciting creative society in our town: we host exhibitions and events, print publications, give daily updates on the art world, and much more.
We have a continually expanding team of artists and bloggers who contribute to our website and a loyal following of art lovers who we collectively refer to as ‘the creative’. Our role is to facilitate the interaction between the two by encouraging submissions and constantly looking to promote the most intriguing and innovative things that are happening in the art world. We have equal respect for both the creator and admirer of art.
Our bi-annual magazine is a recognition of the talent that we unearth each year, largely committed to promoting student artists and writers. We dedicate ourselves to creating a modern and dynamic aesthetic with equally engaging content in our online and print publications.
ST.ART hosts and collaborates on a variety of events, giving people numerous opportunities to get involved. From an exhibition of anonymous secrets to hosting a screen-printing session, a night with ST.ART is never one to miss. In the past we have had close working relationships with other societies such as Under Canvas and HA@STA, and are excited about the prospect of forging some new working relationships in the coming year.
Our vision is to provide various avenues for people to express themselves creatively and appreciate the art around them in new ways.
